After years of development and team building, Zhixing Furniture has a mature production system and an experienced design team who can solve customer problems and requirements.Our design team adopts CAD/CAM system to optimize the mold design scheme, make the mold design more accurate, and shorten the mold design and manufacturing cycle. Before putting into mold production, we will use 3D printing technology to verify product strength and physical proportions, thereby reducing the cost of developing new products.

 

Our company currently has two invention patents, more than 40 utility model patents, and more than 60 item design patents.

02 Mass Customized Production

We have highly of integration ability, from product design, mold design, injection, manufacturing, and assembly process, which have made by ourselves.Zhixing Furniture has five main workshops: hardware workshop, carpentry workshop, injection workshop, painting workshop, and product assembly workshop. They are interlinked and cooperate so that Zhixing Furniture can flexibly arrange the mass customization manufacturing process by rapidly adjusting the production line.With the increasing market demand and the difficulty of hiring workers, our company is actively carrying out industrial upgrading, improving the automation and intelligence of production equipment. To reduce the production difficulty and intensity of workers as much as possible in each processing link, improve the production capacity and ensure the standardization of parts production, improve overall efficiency, reduce production costs, reduce dependence on workers, and partially realize automation and intelligence. At present, the automation of metal welding, the automation of plastic injection,the automation of packaging, and the semi-automation of handling are realized.

The company's products implement the American ANSI/BIFMA5.1 and European EN1335 testing standards, meet the QB/T 2280-2016 national office chair industry standards, and pass third-party global authoritative organizations' standard testing as TUV and SGS.

 

The company has a relatively large-scale and well-equipped testing center for office chairs. Before a new office chair is launched on the market, all chairs must undergo extensive and repetitive testing before being introduced to the market. From raw materials, small accessories, semi-finished products, and finally to finished products, Zhixing Furniture strictly controls the quality in each production process, providing high-quality and cost-effective products to customers.
